Bianca Martinez
CEO
Bianca is a Miami-based real estate and finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the housing market industry. She has worked in areas such as sales support, project planning, contract coordinator, portfolio manager, property management, and finance.
She is a Strategic, multi-disciplinary numbers person with an eye for operations perfection. Her attention to detail is second to none and with a highly organized attitude, there is nothing that cannot be improved and done better.
Bianca’s background in Business Administration, along with her responsibility, dedication, and strong real estate experience, helps her understand customers and investors.
Outside of work, she loves spending and devoting her time to her two boys: Tomas and Diego; On weekends you can find her supporting them in their soccer matches, a true “Soccer Mom”.
As CEO, Bianca’s main focus is on making strategic corporate decisions and managing the resources and overall operations of the company. Bianca also manages the company’s organizational structure, goals, and overall profitability of REP Management.
Andres Cruz
CFO
With over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting and property management, Andy attended Florida International University, where he received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance, and Masters in International Real Estate.
After his initial profession in banking, specifically in management/operations for the retail sector, he transitioned into his career in accounting. To start his budding career in real estate, he worked as a controller for a family-owned real estate firm specializing in acquisitions, property/asset management, real estate brokerage, and residential/commercial development. Cruz currently resides in Miami, Florida with his wife Denise, and two children.
As CFO, Andy’s main focus is on overseeing the financial operations of REP Management and making decisions based on the REP Management’s financial stability. Andy also monitors cash flow and meets with the CEO to discuss the best practices for company finances and come up with strategic plans to improve REP Management’s overall financial health.
